Kingsoft Writer - Using Tags

To segregate and give specific spacing between word in a paragraph, the tag comes into play. Do the following simple procedures :

Step 1 :  

Select the paragraph which you want to be tagged

Step 2 :  

Click the tags button in the Home tab

Step 3 :  

A dialog box opens, Enter the exact distance in "tag stop position" . This value depends on the Ruler existing in the page, the units and the size of the page.We can also select the position of the text in relation to the tag position.These can be done in the check boxes under " Alignment ". Then the " leader " option is nothing but the pattern we want to fill in the space between the text in paragraph.

Step 4 :  

After selecting the options click OK.  Then in the page, move the cursor exactly before the text you want to move to the new position. Then press the tab key on the left hand side of the keyboard. Now within the paragraph that we selected initially, this tag position would work similarly for each para we can give individual tags. BUT BE CAREFUL DO NOT GIVE TOO MANY TAGS :)

                                                   PLACE THE CURSOR
